Criteo Internal Email Series
Communication can be hard. Especially internally, passing along an email that commands people's attention can be difficult. I was tasked with creating an internal email series that would communicate the message from our Creative Services team to the rest of the local organization. The main goal was to create a system that would be easily recognizable based on brand colors and carry some fun personality along with it. We're Creative Services and these emails should reflect that.

This first iteration was in my opinion, the safest. The tabbed, color oriented imagery paired with the easy to read type face would show what type of communication quickly and efficiently. We chose not to go this direction because while it may have been safe, it could definitely be pushed. The second iteration utilized the brand gradients and font, paired with creative verbiage, to show a more playfulness in the headers. We chose to use this direction as a stepping stone, building from the first design, but ultimately didn't choose it as our primary direction. This last iteration was one step away from the final product. Building on the first two mock ups, we used the flat color over the gradients along with some texture to make it interactive. The headlines from the second mock we're carried over and pushed to be much more playful. Lastly, this iteration introduced iconography into the mix. This step was to push the creativity of the headers and have them support the headlines to truely bring them to life.

The final product ended with a color per the specific topic of communication paired with fun headlines and iconography. The final iteration of this idea will come when the rapport is built internally for which color signifies each topic. The headlines and icons will be updated and it will allow the team to contribute to the project as a whole.
All templates were coded by me, optimized for mobile, and support all email clients. Mailchimp is the service used to support managing, maintaining, and sending the emails at scale.
